Since the 2021 military coup, more than 3 million people have been forced from their homes. Totals Inc. delivers food, shelter, medical care, and education to families caught in conflict.
Understanding the Crisis
Following the February 2021 military coup, Myanmar descended into a humanitarian catastrophe. Armed conflict has devastated communities, forcing millions into displacement and cutting off access to essentials.
Ethnic minorities bear the heaviest burden, fleeing air strikes and village burnings into jungle encampments and over-crowded refugee settlements along the borders. Totals Inc. works directly with local networks to reach the most vulnerable.
Field Updates
Our team has successfully deployed a third mobile medical unit to serve 2,000+ newly arrived refugees along the Thai-Myanmar border.
500 emergency food packs were distributed to families in the Karen State jungle settlements, providing essential nutrition for the next month.
A new solar-powered water filtration system is now operational in Camp 7, providing safe drinking water to over 150 families daily.

Voices from the Ground
The food and medicine from Totals Inc. kept my children alive in those first terrible weeks. I cannot put into words what that means.
When the learning center opened in the camp, I watched my son run inside — a light came back into his eyes that I had feared was gone forever.
The mobile clinic came when my mother was very sick. Receiving that kind of care felt like a miracle. She is recovering now. We have hope again.
